Dagály promenade (parkland, wooded, lined with seats) starts 30m from the building, which leads directly to Dagály spa. The Danube bank (Árpád Bridge's Pest side) is 1000m away, Margaret Island is about 1200m away, easy walk from the apartment.

The view from the rooms is to the courtyard, which means that the windows of the rooms overlook to the small courtyard at the back, which is three meters wide, i.e. the wall of the newly built building - without windows - is three meters away on the neighboring plot and stands approx. up to the top of the apartment. This does not interfere with sunshine in larger scale, but outsiders cannot spy inside and there is no noise from outside.

- Three Spars (one of them is non-stop at an OMV petrol station is in ~50m distance), Aldi, several little shops, pharmacies, cake-shop etc. are withing walking distance.
